Project Manager

Responsibility:
 Fully responsible for execution of the service contract as the first responsible person in the team；
 Organize team to prepare project management plan and ensure the effective implementation；
 Set up site project management team, supervise and inspect the operation of the team management system;
 Organize the prepare the management system, responsibilities and work processes for project management team, and make regular assessment and evaluation, supervise and manage the effective team implementation;
 Make the budget plan and team incentive policy of the project team;
 Manage the daily work of site project team;
 Review the payment application of the contractor, organize the review of the conditions for start a unit work, sign start work application, organize unit work completion acceptance, and sign the hand-over certificate after completion;
 Responsible for the overall coordination of the project, host site monthly project coordination meeting;
 Be responsible for the overall coordination between the Owner and relevant parties and the supervision and management of the contractor within the scope of the Owner''''s authorization, and maintain good communication with the Owner and the parties concerned;
 Supervise the establishment of QA system, HSE management and control system, schedule management system, equipment and material management system, design result management system of the contractor, and supervise its effective operation;
 Ask and accept the opinions and demands of all parties participating in the project construction on the team service, continuously improve the service quality.
Requirements:
1. Master’s degree and above of specialty related with electric power construction; 
2. Senior Engineer
3. Below 55 years old
4. Excellent English language skill (listening, speaking, writing and reading);
5. With certificate of National Registered First-Class Construction Engineer or National Registered Supervision Engineer
6. Familiar with international standards (such as ASTM/ASME etc.)
7. Project manager experiences of two and above overseas 100MW thermal power plant projects
