The Project Manager has the overall authority and responsibility for execution of the project to produce all work including engineering, procurement and construction, safely, quality and within budget and schedule in compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
The Project Manager is the primary contact with the SSE on matters relating to the project. He reports to the SSE Project Director (VP) on progress of the project, safety performance, quality, budget, and schedules, changes that necessitate contractual modifications, procedures, and status of customer relations.
Specific responsibilities of the Project Manager include:
Establishment of project management team;
Responsible and accountable for all aspects of the project ( quality, EHS, delivery, coordination, etc.)
Responsible for overall management and supervision of the project;
Responsible for quality, cost, schedule and target control of project;
Holding periodical project meetings for supervision and control of project procedure;
Coordinate to Settle technical problems during project process;
Preparing project management documents, guidelines, etc.;
approval monthly/ quarterly/ annual workplan and reports;
Responsible for correction and improvement solution of quality and safety accidents;
Responsible for arranging inspection and approval of projects;
Responsible for periodical inspection of projects, problems settling, archiving management;
1. Good English is required
2. At least 5 years PM experience in Chemical, Petro-Chemical, and LNG projects, about 30-45 ages.
