概预算工程师

岗位职责：

• Engaged in relevant professional work such as project cost, project management, engineering technology economy and budget estimate;
• 从事工程造价、工程管理、工程技术经济及概算等相关专业的工作；
• Familiar with the valuation requirements of the project budget quota and project quantity list, familiar with the estimated budget standards and policies and regulations; conscientiously implement the relevant national and local regulations, rules, standards, norms and professional design regulations.
• 熟悉工程预算定额及工程量清单的计价要求，熟悉概预算标准及政策法规；认真执行国家、地方相关规程、条例、标准、规范及专业设计统一规定。
• Independently carry out the decomposition of construction project costs, follow-up inspection and cost control of the project execution process;
• 能够独立进行建设项目费用的分解、跟踪检查和项目执行过程的费用控制；
• Independently prepare the cost control budget of construction projects, check budget estimates, and prepare bids proposals, etc.;
• 能够独立进行建设项目费用控制预算的编制、概算校核工作、投标书制作等；
• For the new technologies, new materials, and new equipment selected for design, when the current quota is missing or incomplete, the necessary market survey should be conducted to obtain the first-hand information so as to accurately reflect the project cost;
• 对设计选用的新技术、新材料、新设备，当现行定额缺项或不完整时，应进行必要的市场调查，掌握一手资料，做到确切反映工程造价；
• Participate in the plan discussion of the design project and do the economic analysis of the design plan;
• 参加设计项目的方案讨论，作好设计方案的经济分析工作；
• Collect and sort out various quota indicators, prices and rates, carry out economic analysis and improve the skills.
• 收集、整理各项定额指标、价格、费率，开展经济分析工作，提高业务水平。

任职要求：

• Bachelor degree or above, engineering cost, engineering management, engineering technical economics, budget estimation and related majors;
• 本科以上学历，工程造价、工程管理、工程技术经济、概算及相关专业；
• Candidate with qualification certificate or position certificate of construction project cost estimation /budget or cost engineer certificate is preferred;
• 持有建设工程概(预)算人员或造价师资格证书和岗位证书优先
• At least 5 years of working experience in engineering company (design institute) ；Served as the professional person in charge of budget estimation; with certain experience in quotation, estimation and budget estimation, and experience in project completion settlement are preferred. Work experience in foreign companies and preparing for foreign project budget and technical and economic analysis are preferred；
• 工程公司（设计院）相关专业的5年以上工作经历；担任过概预算专业负责人；有一定报价、估算、概预算工作经验，并有项目竣工结算经验者优先。有国外公司工作经验以及具备编制国外项目概预算及技经分析的能力优先
• Familiar with project bidding, cost, quota system and project valuation system. Proficient in knowledge and skills related to engineering cost management and cost control processes as well as project quotation;
• 熟悉工程招投标、造价、定额体系和工程计价体系。熟练掌握有关工程造价管理和成本控制流程、项目报价知识与技能；
• Familiar with cost control and operation management of all segments in the Process Industry;
• 熟悉流程工业各个环节成本控制、运作管理；
• Strict work attitude, good communication skills, teamwork spirit and professional ethics are required.
